As of December 31, 2010, the capital stock of Adval Tech Holding amounted to CHF 14.6 million, divided into 730,000 registered shares with a par value of CHF 20 each. All the shares carry the same voting and dividend rights. The share capital is fully paid. With respect to restrictions on registration, reference is made to the section on stockholders' rights of co-determination.

As of December 31, 2010, there was no authorized or conditional capital, nor were any participation or dividend-right certificates, convertible bonds or options in issue.
